Order Policy
Order confirmation

All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you a confirmation email of your order with the title :
“Linzhi Miners – New Order #*****”.
Your order will only be accepted by us. We will send you exactly what you ordered. We will not be obliged to supply any other products which are not included in the confirmation order. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted the order.
We may cancel your order in the following situations:
Your payment is incomplete. And you did not complete the replenishment within 2 working days.
Your purchase quantity exceeds the purchase limit.
You purchased an invalid product. (E.g. payment for a mock link)
Please make sure we can contact you through the order information. We need to communicate with you via email or phone about possible shipping issues.

Delivery

The delivery will only be arranged after the order is fully paid. Delivery services are provided by third parties such as DHL and FedEx.
1. The date of shipment:
The estimated delivery time will be announced on the shop details page.
The shipment time is up to 7 working days for "In Stock" products. We will notify you of the exact delivery time by email.
It will take you 5-7 business days to receive the package after you get the tracking number (except for some countries with difficult customs clearance)
2. Logistics Services Provided by Third Parties
We will provide free shipment service through third-party logistics services.
We are not responsible for the transportation problems caused by the following situations:
Delivery delays due to queuing issues in the logistics warehouse.
The product was lost during transportation.

Shipment issues

1. Taxes and Custom Duties
Our products are excluded from all value-added taxes and customs duties. You will be solely responsible for paying any outstanding taxes and duties as per your country’s law and customs.
2. The product has been returned.
We will re-ship your order, but any additional charges (“Return Expense”) shall be borne by you.
The following situations will cause return:
You didn’t pay the tariff in time.
The delivery address is incorrect.
The local logistics company failed to contact you.
Problems with the customs clearance
If you encounter problems during customs clearance, please submit a support ticket. Staff will assist you to deal with related issues.
We will notify you of shipping issues via sales@linzhiphoenix.io.

Order details

It is not allowed to change the delivery address after placing the order.
If you need to specify a logistics company or declare a price, please leave a note when placing an order.
Products may be sent from different warehouses. If you purchase several products, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

Payment

Linzhi Ltd. accepts cryptocurrency payments.
At checkout, select the cryptocurrency payment option. From the drop-down list select the digital asset you wish to pay with. You will be redirected to complete the payment on the order confirmation page.
Make the transaction
You will see the payment amount, a unique address to send the transaction, as well as a QR code (for XRP transactions, do not forget the destination tag). You can proceed as follows:
1. Click on the “Open In Wallet” button to open a supported wallet on your device.
2. Scan the QR code with your mobile wallet.
3. Copy/paste the displayed amount and address to your cryptocurrency wallet. You will notice a confirmation screen right after.
The payment is confirmed
Your transaction will typically be detected within a few seconds after it was broadcasted to the network, regardless of the currency you are paying with. Once detected, on the page, it will be displayed a ‘Payment Pending’ status which will change to ‘Payment Confirmed’ after 1 confirmation.
The payment is now completed and your order will be processed and shipped within the next 2 working days.

Payment issues

1. A failed order
If your payment is incomplete (lack of handling fees), your order will fail. The staff will provide you with a replenishment link via email.
Please note that all replenishment links will only be sent to you via sales@linzhiphoenix.io. Please don’t trust payment links from other mailboxes.
2. Overpayment
After the order is generated, Linzhi Ltd. does not provide a refund service. Please invest cautiously.
If you overpay, we will provide you with a refund service. Please submit a support ticket. Staff will assist you to deal with related issues.
You must provide the following information: # order number; # payment voucher; and # payment processor reference code. A customer support representative will confirm the refund information and wallet address with you.
Please notice, we will deduct the handling fee from the refund amount. Handling fees include transaction fees of 1% from Coinbase. DAI, USDC, and ETH on the Ethereum chain will charge an additional gas fee of $25.
Refunds will be completed within 3 working days.
3. Cancelled orders
If you have completed the payment, but the order is not successfully generated. Please submit a support ticket. Staff will assist you to deal with related issues.
You will need to provide: the payment voucher; payment processor reference code; transaction link.

Warranty

The Linzhi Phoenix is covered by a 180 dayswarranty. The after-sales maintenance service period starts from the date of delivery.
